Which path will you take?
Travel broadens the mind. Take a journey inside yourself.
Move forward with a warm and supportive coach, who strongly believes in the power of challenge.
My coaching stance is integrative, drawing on a range of approaches and tools to suit client needs. I work online and face-to-face, and also offer walk and talk coaching in or near London.
My coaching experience has been in-company, alongside day-to-day roles, and external. With a global career background, I work with both UK-based and international coaching clients.
I have experience of coaching executives who are leading change, managers and editors implementing it and staff transitioning to new roles. I have also worked with those in early or mid career looking for new directions, as well as women in senior roles about to go on or return from maternity leave.
Past coachees have described my style as ‘thoughtful and focused’, saying they appreciate my ‘supportive listening skills’ and having a ‘safe space to identify stumbling blocks and solutions’ as they work towards their goals.
Much of my career has been in the broadcasting industry, where I was variously a manager, senior producer, trainer and business development associate, and travelled widely. I have also worked in academia in the UK and Asia, teaching at the University of Hong Kong and SOAS, University of London.
